Here's what you get in the course in detail:
In this particular course, you have six modules.
The first module is maintain infection prevention and management.
Now, this particular module has other elements to it, which include the introduction to infection control, how infections occur, the chain of infection, and we have a little quiz on maintain infection prevention and management.
Module 2 is infection control practice in body piercing. Now this particular module has its own elements as well. We have hand washing, skin preparation, protection in the body art industry, monitor hygiene of premises, clean cleaning prior to sterilization, orderclaves and sterilization.
There is a quiz at the end for infection trial practice in body policing.
Module 3, introduction to body piercing. In this module, it has a fair few elements, seven elements history of body piercing, covers the anatomy and physiology of skin, considerations and consent, tools and equipment, different types of body jury and after care.
There is also a quiz, which, which will cover introduction to body piercing. You
Module 4, types of body piercing. So we cover ear piercings, facial piercings and body piercings.
Module 5, piercing procedures and techniques. This will cover trolley setup, marking up, body piercing golden rules, also covering a nose piercing, eyebrow piercing, a lower lip piercing, helix and ear piercing, a nipple piercing, upper lip piercing, a navel piercing, a tragus piercing, a conch piercing, a daith piercing, a lobe, also a forward helix and a rook piercing.
Module 6, body piercing business. In the module we we'll be covering working in the body art industry, we'll be talking about the shop, your studio, applications, registrations, and we'll also be talking about stocktaking and monitoring your jewellery.Â
There will be a small quiz at the end for body piercing business.
